We spent the evening with my family and kept up the Christmas Eve tradition of going out and looking at lights.... 
This is the famous house in Thatcher that goes ALL OUT on their lights....I would hate to have to take them all down!
We came home and made Don open his "present" from us since he had to go to work early Christmas morning. He had to pretend he didn't see money because the dang movie theatre closed before I could get the gift certificates....hate that!
Then it was Mom's turn to open the NEW purse we got for her so she could upgrade from her "SAWEET" jean purse! (loved your purse mom....NOT)
Christmas morning we found that Santa had miraculously found us.....with Hannah Montana gummy guitars and all!(thanks Mom)
Melissa felt left out because she wasn't opening her presents until later....Chad and I also gave ourselves tickets to the Suns vs Spurs game on Christmas day so off we went....
This was before the buzzer winning shot by the Spurs! Suns lost by 1 but what a great game!
We had a blast despite the loss! Back home we headed....
Despite the kids being sound asleep when we got home they both perked right up and were ready to open their Christmas presents we got them.
Chad didn't feel like he had traveled enough so he got up early the next morning and headed to Utah to pick up Taylor and Morgan......We love the seats of our cars!!
When the girls got to the house they opened their presents we got them (they already had opened their Wii before they left home....lucky!)That same night David and Amy and their kids showed up for a pit stop on the way to Nana and Papa Fuzz's house the next day! However we definitely had to give everyone a try at the new Wii Fit Chad gave me for Christmas (hmmm....I wonder if he's trying to tell me something??)
David was really into the ski jumping....look at that concentration!

After everyone got done laughing at me hula hooping we found Amy was much more entertaining!
Thanks for coming and spending time with us....we LOVE to have you come!We packed it up and headed on to Nana and Papa Fuzz's house....I tell you we LOVE our seats!
What would a Cardiff family get together be without Rockband?
Even Fuzz got into a fighter pilot Wii game....he was hooked!
Morgan, Kenna, Alyssa, and Paige all entertained us with a dance they made up! 
Watch out Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders....they got moves!In case you thought we were done.....the party has just begun....Off to Phoenix for a couple more days of fun!
All the cousins spent the day at Makutu Island....on Papa Fuzz....Thanks Fuzz!! (there was a Taco Bell excursion after that where I think we kept Taco Bell in business!)That evening we ALL went to the temple to see the lights.....

We spent the night with Tyler, Janell and the kids at Janell's cousins house (see if they ever offer their house to 11 people again!!) so the next morning we took RiKenna, Morgan, Taylor and Breeana to Libby Lu's for RiKenna and Morgan's birthdays.
They get their make-up, hair and nails done....and a whole bunch of "stuff" to take home
And look SO cute when their done! To bad they're going out of business!!

And what would better end a "Girls Day Out" then a big giant construction worker crack!! We were stopped at a red light right next to this guy and couldn't pass up the opportunity to take the picture.....and laugh REALLY hard!!
After the "Girl Party" we met up with the boys and went to the movies to pass a little time before the next "event".....which was supposed to be ZooLights at Phoenix Zoo but we decided the neighborhood in Chandler had lights that were just as good....and F to the R to the E to the E that spells free!
And apparently Tyler couldn't hold it so he "watered" someones trees for them.Then back home we headed for a New Year's Eve Party Party Party.....or something like that! Rich, Linsey, David, Amy and ALL the kids came over for some pizza and surprise surprise...Rockband! Oops I forgot to take pictures...can't believe it!!
Of course we had to get the princess hair done before we could go downtown
The kids had to dance around to the music to stay warm....cause it was cold...until ALL the people came!

The whole group waiting for the "Pinecone" to drop! When we got home I was to busy makin rice krispie treats and hot (or cold for Ellie) chocolate to take pictures but we had a great New Year's Eve with Amy, David, Rich, Linsey and ALL the kids!
We have a GREAT family that we love and hope that everyone has a GREAT and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Good grief you are good at blogging! And you should have told me you were in town, you missed another show with Matt's band. (I know you're sad.) :)
well its nice to see you have slowed down!(ya right) you make me tired just reading your blog. Nice to see nothings changed. Hope to see you if and when I get to come back to warm arizona.
