Thanksgiving Festivites
Since Chad and I were kid-less on Thanksgiving this year our original plan was to stay home and stay in our PJ's all day....but since Melissa decided to have a baby we decided to go spend some time with her for the holidays....so of course since we were going my mom, Don and Dustin decided they couldn't miss the party....I mean really who wouldn't want to hang out with Chad and I....
so my Mom started the day out right by tripping and falling into the laundry basket...thank goodness is was full of clothes to break the fall....it really wasn't funny....okay it was SO hilarious that....
I made Don wait to help her up so I could take pictures.....yes you can thank me for making your blog stalking...I mean reading just that much more entertaining...and I wonder where I get my "grace" Thanks Mom!
after Mom recovered we made her sit down to hold the baby......
and of course EeeGee had to have her first Thanksgiving feast starting with this scrumptious roll....can't you see the enjoyment on her face...
we were also graced with the presence of Brian and Jen.....which always adds to the comics of the day...

Just Cook The Frustration Right Out.....
is exactly what I tried to do....Friday started out HORRIBLE.....got some crappy news....and it just kept going from there...
this little trooper has Molluskm (I don't even know how to spell it and frankly don't care...cause it just needs to go away) anyway we had to make a SECOND trip to the dermatologist on Friday to get it burnt off....
the chemical they use to burn it off turns it into blisters.....it is so painful....this is after she had a mini-root canal done on Thursday and right before she had the first dose of the H1N1 vaccine on Saturday....she is such a trooper and is so tough!!
So with all of that and the CRAPPY news we got (ah long story you don't really want to know.....) I decided to cook away all frustrations......so
I started with cornbread....moved to two HUGE pans of sour cream chicken enchiladas....
went on to FOUR dozen cinnamon rolls.....YUM by the way.....I'm almost as good as my Mother-in-Law.....but don't tell her!! :).....I was still frustrated so....
EWWWW....this looks absolutely disgusting but it's just a roast.....just not cooked all the way....but I did two of these suckers and made lots of shredded beef.....

I'm still frustrated so I'm moving on to eating my frustrations away........
While I was upstairs Chad was downstairs rockin his frustration away with the band...

Sunny San Diego
Hi-Ho Hi-Ho it was off to San Diego we went.....only one problem....without Chad?!?! What you might say would overcome me to leave my hubby home.....well to make a LONG boring story short and boring....two weeks before we were set to leave he got told he had to give a HUGE presentation for work......he weighed it out....Job vs San Diego.....so off Me, my Mom and the kids went.....
First stop......my all time favorite....Sea World.....funny story....they had it all decked out in Halloween stuff so on Saturday you could wear your costume and go around and trick-or-treat at different little stations they had set up and what would you get for your bag.....none other than Bananas?!?!?! Yeah you heard me right bananas.....umm that line wasn't very long....anyway story time is over...by the way that had nothing to do with the above picture....moving right along...
Paid a visit to my friend Oscar
Kids hangin out by the bubble blowing octopus
Who would miss out on the sweet cow in bermudas....I mean really?!?...Mom was gonna try and climb the fence to ride the cow.....I told her I couldn't lift her over the fence after she fell so she opted not to climb over...
No I'm not pregnant that is my belt under my shirt....ugh why did I even post this picture duh.....
my absolute FAVORITE part of Sea World.....feeding the most amazing animals on this planet the dolphins......I spared you the other 25 pictures that were taken....your welcome...
meanwhile back at the hotel....Cayden and I spent plenty of time wrestling...little booger thinks his mom is a wimp....I don't think so buddy....
just a little more of the bubble blowing pink octopus....
The river raft ride "Shipwreck Rapids" we talked Grandma into going on it....of course because I was TOTALLY prepared with my Wal-Mart 88 cent ponchos......then we almost couldn't get her off.....oh this was after the ride......just a little damp...
This ride......we tried to lie and say it wasn't a roller-coaster.....Grandma just ain't stupid.....so she wouldn't go but the kids and I had a blast....well Kenna and I did....Cayden is in the very back row buried in his jacket behind me and Kenna....
after the 3rd time on the rapids.....we were wet!
Nice and dry before the rapids.....
Attack of the Polar Bears......or complete insanity...one of the two....
Grandma had so much energy and was so excited about all the walking we did she decided to carry Kenna.....
Kenna helpin Grandma climb the ice mountain
Hidin out in the bear lair.....
