Valentines Day and The Photo Shoot....

For Valentines Day the "Ward Band" got together again to put on an Elders Quorum dinner and dance so.......Chad's WHOLE family (minus his oldest bro and his wife) came up for the big

shin dig....

Here's part of the group...Dwayne and Eve...Amy and David..Linsey and Rich (I got side tracked and forgot to get to the other table for Barb and Jack ..Fuzz and Noma...sorry I'm a loser but they really were there I swear!)

Have I ever mentioned that this is my blog and I'm supposed to be behind the camera...LINSEY...I hate pictures of myself...oh well....here's Chad and I at the blessed event AWWW.....Aren't they so cute in their matching shirts....this is a friend of ours Brian that I think he and Chad called each other because they were wearing the same shirt....cute boys! Here's the newly famous band "Tin Purcent"....believe or not all of these guys are in our ward and they actually sound really good....even Chad thinks so!!

And David....yeah I don't even have an explanation for him he's just goofy!Rich (Chad's tallest brother) and I danced the night away....don't pay any attention to the chair he's standing on....it's just your imagination...

Chad called his brothers out to the dance floor for them to show their moves....Dwayne needed a little help to keep moving....Rich did the worm but of course I couldn't get the camera out quick enough...Dang it...

After the big party we headed over to Linsey and Rich's house for some hot chocolate and stuff....I think we invited ourselves though....hmmm thanks for having us anyway Linsey!!

While the parents were away ALL the kids (except for mine) were at my house havin a party of their own... Ellie and Jared were the life of the party.....

It was definitely tight sleeping quarters when you have 11 kids and 6 adults in our HUGE house....aren't they so cute on those fancy bunk beds and saweet air mattress....that's what I call High Class living right there!

So Sunday afternoon I was off to the photo shoot.....

Oh not of me silly people....aren't I cute though.....

Melissa is getting married on Friday....but Clint's (the man of the wedding) mom wanted to take some pictures of just Melissa today so I went down to do her hair and make-up....and what a genius I am....ok she's cute on her own....but I made her cuter....

These are just pictures I took so I'm sure the pictures Clint's mom took are going to be gorgeous....I think I did a fabulous job if I do say so myself!

Awesome hair and make-up Melissa....I totally would have thought a professional did it....ok maybe not that good but I was cheap!

She really did look really pretty today! Wish I could be at the wedding....oh well I'm livin the dream fulfilling my civic duty instead (I'm on jury duty for those of you who don't know)! Congratulations Melissa you make a cute little bride!

Bunk Beds....finally

Well the kids and I have lived here for over a year now and I think for that entire year I kept saying we really needed to get the kids bunk beds so that #1 There would be more room in their bedroom #2 So they didn't have to sleep together anymore and #3 Because I LOVE making beds and washing sheets ....ok that part is a lie. Anyway.....finally we got the bunk beds....my mom (the bargain shopper she is) found them in Safford somewhere for cheap so the kid's Dad sanded them down and re-stained them and then Chad put them together. They actually look really nice! The kids were so excited when we finally got the other bed out of their room and the bunk beds all put together....

So as I was walking into my room this evening to get ready for bed I passed by the kids room and glanced in and took a second look because I didn't think I saw Kenna in her bed.....which is on the bottom bunk....So I walked in to get a closer look and cover her back up since all of her covers were on the floor...surprise surprise.....However this is what I found....

NO KENNA?!!? Hmmm......So being the smart Mom I am...I climbed to the top bunk....Cayden's bed of course.....And here's what I found....

Kenna snug as a bug in Cayden's bed.....funniest part is I think she got up there after Cayden was sound asleep so he has know idea she is once again sleeping with him!

#1 Bunk Beds for more room in the bedroom------Check

#2 Bunk Beds so they don't have to sleep together anymore-----Hmmm!!

#3 Bunk Beds because I love making beds and washing sheets----Still a lie!

Ahhh....The Snow!

Somethings you never think about when it snows is if you have one of these...

The "Dish" seems to accumulate LOTS of snow.....then it doesn't work.....then you have to clean it off....in the past this has been my job but today....
it was Chad's!

This little monster can cause much frustration.....cause who can live without the T.V. for a night....I mean really?!!?

So I didn't mention that it started snowing yesterday afternoon and hasn't stopped....today was crazy snow....I think we must have gotten a foot of snow in an hour....ok I ALWAYS exaggerate but really there is LOTS of snow out there ...

So much snow the kids are able to sled in our front yard!

and make snow angels in the driveway

You can see how deep it is.....this all came in the last 24 hrs!!

And here is Chad being the great guy he is trying to help someone that got stuck at the bottom of our hill.....yea for my 4-wheel drive car...boo for people from California that don't even know what snow is!!

And the the best thing EVER happened.....this little monster belongs to my neighbor....its a snow blower...probably the best invention EVER.....so I made him feel guilty as I was shoveling my driveway that he came over and used his incredible invention and....

snow blowed my driveway...hahaha that sounds funny.....funny or not all I know is that I LOVE the snow blowin neighbor! Oh and probably I should maybe make something for him...but wait I don't even know his name....what kind of loser neighbor am I....ugh oh well my driveway is clean! Thank You Neighbor that I don't even know!

Hard to Believe.....

Is all grown up!! Dustin got his mission call on Saturday! He will report to the MTC on April 29th and then is off to the Philippines Manila Mission! Congratulations Dustin you will make a great missionary.....just remember ENUNCIATE! ENUNCIATE! ENUNCIATE!

Ahhh The Big Game....

and what a great game it was.....Cardinals put up a great fight but fell just short....but they made it to the SuperBowl....and that was history in itself!! Great Game!!
